Terms of Service
At Strawberry Field Films, your privacy and trust are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that the photographs and videos you share represent some of life's most personal moments, and we treat them with the care and respect they deserve.
Booking
Your booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received.
Estimated turnaround times begin once all requested photographs, videos, and information have been received.
Your media
You confirm that:
you own the photographs and videos you provide, or
you have permission from the copyright owner to use them.
You remain the owner of all uploaded media.
Music
All music is properly licensed for use within your keepsake film.
For copyright reasons, clients may not substitute commercially licensed songs unless separately arranged.
Delivery
Films are delivered digitally in high resolution.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their completed film.
For rush orders, expedited delivery is subject to availability.
Revisions
One round of minor revisions is included with every keepsake film unless otherwise stated.
Minor revisions include changes such as:
replacing or removing individual photos or videos
correcting names, dates, or titles
small adjustments to clip order or timing
Requests for substantial changes after editing has begun (including complete restructuring of the film) may incur additional charges.
All revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the draft keepsake film.
Film creation
Every keepsake film is individually handcrafted.
Because every story is unique, editing decisions, including clip selection, pacing, music pairing, and storytelling, remain the creative responsibility of Strawberry Field Films.
File Retention
Original uploaded media is retained for approximately 90 days after delivery before being securely deleted.
Completed keepsake films may also be removed after this period. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backup copies.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order before editing has begun, any refund will be provided in accordance with your booking agreement.
Once editing has commenced, refunds may not be available due to the time already invested in creating your film.
Media quality
Because every keepsake is built from your own memories, the quality of the finished film will reflect the quality of the original media. Wherever possible, we recommend uploading original files directly from your phone or camera rather than images or videos that have been downloaded, screenshotted, or shared through messaging or social media platforms, as these may have reduced resolution or missing date information.
Privacy
Your photographs, videos, and finished keepsake will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission.
Permission may be withdrawn at any time before publication.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to protect your files, Strawberry Field Films cannot be held responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technology failures, internet interruptions, or issues with third-party providers.
