Whether you're welcoming a new baby, celebrating a first birthday, honouring the life of someone you love, or preserving the story of a beloved pet, we treat your memories with the same care and respect we would our own.
Your memories remain yours
You retain full ownership of every photograph and video you upload. We use your files only to create your keepsake film and never claim ownership of your content.
Your privacy comes first
Your photos and videos are viewed only as needed to create your film. They are never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
We only share with your permission
Many clients are happy for us to share a short excerpt of their finished film to help other families understand what we create. Others prefer to keep their memories completely private.
Both choices are equally respected.
We will never use your photographs, videos, names, or finished film in our portfolio, website, or social media without your explicit permission.
Secure Storage
Your files are stored securely throughout the editing process.
Once your film has been delivered, your original media will be securely deleted after 90 days, giving you plenty of time to download your finished keepsake while ensuring your memories aren't stored indefinitely.
Handcrafted with care
Every Strawberry Field Films keepsake is edited by hand using your own photographs and videos together with properly licensed music.
No automated editing tools are used to assemble your story.
