A Few Helpful Notes

Every film we create is thoughtfully handcrafted from the memories you share with us. To ensure each project receives the care and attention it deserves, a few simple guidelines help keep everything running smoothly.

One point of contact

While family and friends are welcome to contribute photos and videos where included, we'll ask you to nominate one primary contact. They'll collect any feedback and communicate with us throughout the project, helping keep the process simple for everyone.

Sharing your memories

Each package includes a generous media allowance based on the number of photos, videos, or total file size. This gives us plenty to work with while allowing us to carefully review every moment that makes it into your film.

If you have a little more than your package includes, just let us know before uploading—we're always happy to recommend the best option.

Original files

For the best possible quality, we recommend uploading your original photos and videos directly from your phone or camera whenever possible, rather than files downloaded from social media or messaging apps.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included with every film, giving you the opportunity to request small adjustments before your keepsake is delivered.
